Adoption.

The Scope of Salvation

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus,” This month we will be studying the doctrine of Salvation to better our understanding on what God has done for us and what He is currently doing. We will define and discuss terms such as Atonement, Salvation, Justification, Propitiation, Reconciliation, Sanctification, Glorification, and Adoption. With this lesson we will discuss the terms Justification, Sanctification, and Glorification.

The Importance of Blood

Hebrews 9:22 “…and without shedding of blood is no remission.” This month we will be studying the doctrine of Salvation to better our understanding on what God has done for us and what He is currently doing. We will define and discuss terms such as Atonement, Salvation, Justification, Propitiation, Reconciliation, Sanctification, Glorification, and Adoption. Today there is a movement that is trying to extinguish the blood of Christ. People don’t want to talk about the blood and the price of our redemption because it is too gory. The fact is that without Christ’s blood we cannot be saved.

Examine Your Salvation

There is a common perception today that everybody is saved. Often a person thinks he is saved simply because he can remember that he prayed a prayer. But what about his life since then? Has he grown closer to the Lord of further apart from the Lord? Salvation does not come simply because a sinner asks to be saved, but when a sinner repents of his sins and trusts the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour, he is saved right where he is. Some people have the words down to a pat, but there has been little to no change at all. If we really want God’s blessings on our life we are going to have to examine our salvation.

So Great a Salvation

Hebrews 2:3 “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation;” This month we will be studying the doctrine of Salvation to better our understanding on what God has done for us and what He is currently doing. We will define and discuss terms such as Atonement, Salvation, Justification, Propitiation, Reconciliation, Sanctification, Glorification, and Adoption.
