Fall Revival with Charles Hamilton

Cornerstone Baptist Church invites you to attend our fall revival with Pastor Charles Hamilton. Charles Hamilton is currently pastoring King James Bible Baptist Church in Greenville, MS that he started in April 2013. Pastor Hamilton got involved in gang and drugs at the early age of 16, but he continued attending school regularly because of his athletic success. Charles was drafted by the Kansas City Royals as a pitcher in 1998. In 2000, he was released from the Kansas City Royals due to his behavior and violating the team’s rules and regulations. Shortly after his release from the Royals, in March 2002, he was sentenced to 3 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections on charges for selling drugs. Only being in jail for 16 days, a man by the name of Robert Washington came to the Greenville County Jail, and told Charles how he could get saved, so on March 17, 2002, Charles gladly received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour. Seven months after his conversion, God showed Charles in Ephesians 4:11 and Titus 1:3, that He wanted Charles to become a pastor and he surrendered to the high calling of God. While still in prison, God used the Rock of Ages Prison Ministry to influence Charles, and it caused him to believe in the fundamentals of the faith. Come listen to Charles Hamilton share his testimony and new purpose in life.
